WHAT DO I NEED?

1. A debit or credit card
2. To be over 18 years of age
3. To live in Australia

Afterpay simply uses your existing credit card to process your application on the spot. There are no long forms to fill in and no need to apply for a seperate card. Paying with Afterpay takes seconds flat!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. At the checkout, simply select Afterpay as your payment option. You will be redirected to the Afterpay website to process your order
2. Register or login into Afterpay to confirm your order
3. You will then be redirected to the La Vera Kids website to receive your order confirmation.

HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?

When you place your first order using Afterpay, the first instalment will be charged at the time of purchase. Following that, each instalment will be deducted from your debit/credit card each fortnight. For all of your future orders using Afterpay, your first instalment will be deducted within 14 days. At the time of purchase, the full Afterpay schedule will be outlined for you. You can login to your Afterpay account at any time to make extra payments, and track your progress.

WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED STRAIGHT AWAY?

CAN I RETURN MY AFTERPAY ORDER?

Yes, our normal returns policy applies to all Afterpay orders. If you change your mind for any reason we are more than happy to return all full-price purchases for a store gift voucher, within 10 days of receiving your order. Your payment plan agreement with Afterpay will remain in place and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments until completed in full.

Please choose carefully as we are unable to provide a refund unless a garment is faulty. 

All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay for any payments already completed, and we will cancel the remaining payment plan. You will receive an email from Afterpay outlining your Afterpay account amendment.

WHAT IF I MISS A PAYMENT?

You will incur a late payment fee of $10 and a further late fee of $7 if the payment is not made within 7 days (as stated in the Afterpay Terms). Read more on the Afterpay website here.
