1 month returns. It’s as easy as that.
At La Vera Kids we want you to love your purchase just as much as we do. Shopping at La Vera Kids should be your most fabulous online shopping experience!
What is the return policy
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by sending us an email at customerservice@laverakids.com;
- Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of notification of receiving your order;
- Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags and packaging still attached.
What are my options?
Credit note
Once your return has been received at our office, you will receive an email confirmation with details on how to easily use your credit note which NEVER expires.
Refund
Once your return has been received at our office, your refund will be processed within 1 – 3 business days (Please also allow 2 – 7 business days for Australia Post to return your parcel to our office).
Once processed, your financial institution can take 2 – 5 business days to process the funds back to your account.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes of course! We will happily accept sale items for return as long as they meet our return policy. We issue a credit note or immediate exchange of goods for sale items (you will need to cover the cost of postage back to you).
Exchange?
Yes we are happy to exchange like for like products of course if the size or colour isn’t quite right!
Refund?
We offer a refund on items that may be faulty. As most of our products are personalised &/or hand-made for you specifically we are unable to issue refunds on these items as they cannot be resold. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note - if you have ordered a PERSONALISED item, unfortunately we will be unable to accept the return as it cannot be resold as we have specifically had the item printed for you with your chosen custom name(s). If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately and we will organise to send you a replacement one once receiving yours back to our office.
